"Princess" is the only female out of Queen's first litter. My friend's daughter said she had to be named Princess because she's the daughter of a Queen, and so she was. This girl is definitely "ALL THAT" and deserves to be a princess. Princess has an exciting personality and is one sweetie with children and dogs. She plays with Queen, Lela and ZZ (all females) and the have the best of times. She has won 2nd in the Bred-by class at the 2008 and 2009 nationals. She also won Best in Sweepstakes at the 2009 Prenational. Sire: CH

"Leia" is from a much anticipated litter sired by BIS/BISS Ch Tobe's Return of the Jedai "Ben" (from frozen semen collected in 1982 and 1984) and out of Queen. Lela will have an amazing show career ahead of her. She will be shown when she is fully mature and ready to knock the judges' socks off. Ms. Leia is a big fire ball of energy. She has the show presence of her sire and the elegance of her dam. She's rarely puts a foot wrong. But being a big girl she needs some time to fill out to properly fit in the shoes I expect her to fill. In the meantime, she stays at home and plays with the other girls and goes to shows just for a visit and training. "ZZ" is a lovely red tipped white and full of herself. She wins hearts everywhere. I didn't intend to keep Miss ZZ, I didn't want another girl. At eleven weeks old she became really sick and had to be hospitalized for 2.5 weeks in ICU. After surgery, lots of money and time, I had to keep her. This name has been in my mind for over five years, and I knew it was going to be the name of my next white female--ZZ was meant to be mine. At the 2009 Akita National ZZ won Best of Opposite Puppy in Futurity and first place in the 9-12 month class; she was a crowd favorite. Moonlight’s Mia Bella Takara Bella has had only one litter of three puppies to date and has produced one gorgeous champion from that litter with another one the way. Her daughter Ava won Best in Futurity at the 2009 Akita National.

CH Moonlight Kiseki's Kall Girl "Vixen" resides in California at Kiseki Akitas and is pictured here at just over one year old. This lovely golden girl has beautiful type, substance and solid movement. She finished her championship in May 2009 handled by her co-owner Linda and ultimate Akita handler Rusty Short. Vixen has an awesome disposition. She lives with a young boy, Kris, and two other Akitas (a male and female) that she is best friends with. She has been the Akita ambassador for the Meets the Breeds expo at the Eukanuba Classic in Long Beach, California for the last two years. She has a blast and all the guests just love her. She just loves to be the center of everyone attention...she definitely a look at me girl. Sire: CH

CH Moonlight's Takara Glamour Girl "Ava" was my pick puppy out of Bella's first litter. She was a beautiful puppy and as you can see she has grown up to be an even more beautiful adult. Some how I talked my friends Joe and Terrie Breen into giving her a home. The moment they picked her up at the airport, they knew she was part of Takara Akitas. She will be spot specialled in the future. Watch for her at local specialties and the nationals. Ava was exclusively handled to her championship by Marianne "Tuni" Claflin. Ava won Grand Futurity at the 2009 Akita National. She finished easily in just a few weekends of shows. She so closely resembles her granddam Gypsy, that if she were silver in color...it would be hard to see the difference. Her personality is a wonderful as her looks. Sire: CH

Moonlight Uzume Here Comes the Sun "Uzi" is a heartbreaker loaded with attitude and spunk. She lives with a spayed longcoat female and the two are best buddies. Uzi was born the night of a snow storm, at the vets--the only puppy in the litter--via c-section. It took almost two hours to make the fifty minute trip home. She hasn't stopped once since she was born, except to sleep. Uzi is pointed and should finish her championship this year. She has been handled partly by my friend Fran Kanipe of Sun Run Kennels.
